The Heart to Heart Complex® is simply our proprietary blend of DIM (diindolylmethane) – no other ingredients or additives! On the ingredients labels for all of our products it appears as "diindolylmethane".
Our Heart to Heart Complex® is the key ingredient in all of our products! So, it's as easy using our Eye Cream, Face Cream, our Body Cream. Shop all of them here.
While our Heart to Heart Complex® itself has a pink hue, its natural coloration does not show through inside of our formulations. This is normal, and happens with all sorts of ingredients, like Red Raspberry Seed OIl, for example. We never dye or color our products, so the white/off-white nature of our products in all-natural!
Nope! Our products contain a small fraction of the amount of DIM that would normally be safely ingested everyday when taking the holistic supplement, and are perfectly safe for use on everyone.
DIM is not a hormone of any kind and is a natural derivative of cruciferous vegetables. DIM's superpowers are typically why cruciferous vegetables are thought to be so healthy and have a very strong reputation for its help against hormone-related issues, but it itself is not a hormone!
Of course, if you are pregnant, nursing, or have concerns, we always recommend consulting your doctor before starting use of any new product (not just ours!).

Our products are formulated for all skin types, ages (kiddos, too!), genders, and stages of life. We pride ourselves on having many customers with sensitive and highly reactive skin, for whom we are the only products they can use!
If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend speaking with your physician before starting any new products (not just ours!), however, you should have no issue adding our products into your routine.
You bet! All of our products are non-toxic and only formulated with ingredients that are rated EWG 1-2 (the safest, least toxic rating possible!).
We never formulate with added parabens, steroids, phthalates, hormone-modulators/endocrine-disruptors, or anything known to cause carcinogenic activity in the body – for happy body and happy mind!
Yes! All of our products are intended to be used as your typical skincare products. For example, our Face Cream can and should be used as your typical moisturizer!
Yes! All of our products show no contraindications with common active ingredients like retinoids or vitamin C – layer away! That said, we are fans of a pared-down skincare routine (best for your skin mantle!), and you may find that your L'AMARUE gets rid of the need for other products :)
