"Doesn’t oil cause breakouts?"
No, too much sebum/oil production from your skin can be a factor in breakouts, however, adding healthy lipids to the skin sends the signal that the skin has enough oil and doesn’t need to produce more. "Do I need an oil if I already use a moisturizer?"
