Cancellation policy

For items purchased as part of a VIP Subscription on www.shoplamarue.com, any time prior to your upcoming recurring shipment ("auto-shipment"), you can create an account here with the email address you used to order with (or login to an existing account here) to manage your subscription shipments. This will allow you to skip a shipment, reschedule the shipment to a later time, edit the shipment frequency, pause your subscription, or cancel it.

Once your recurring shipment ("auto-shipment") is processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, items returned to sender, and refunds.
