Standard Returns

All sales are final unless covered under our Skin in the Game Results Guarantee. In the rare case that you receive your order and they are damaged or packaging is defective, please reach out to us at team@shoplamarue.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will assist in a replacement. Photos may be required.

Here’s how it works:

  • What You Need to Do – Document your skin’s progress: take photos before starting, during use, and at the 60-day mark, especially focusing on areas where you hope to see improvement. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us you plan to participate.

  • Our Support – If you have questions or concerns at any point during your 60 days, email team@shoplamarue.com right away so we can help.

  • Additional Details – This guarantee does not apply to rare skin concerns (although lot of customers see benefits!) or ingredient allergies. If you have known sensitivities, please review our ingredient lists. This guarantee applies only to first orders for each product.

Returns/Refunds: VIP Subscriptions

For items purchased on a Subscribe-and-Save plan on www.shoplamarue.com, any time prior to your upcoming recurring shipment ("auto-shipment"), you can create an account here with the email address you used to order with (or login to an existing account here) to manage your subscription shipments. This will allow you to skip a shipment, reschedule the shipment to a later time, edit the shipment frequency, pause your subscription, or cancel it.

Once your recurring shipment ("auto-shipment") is placed/processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, items returned to sender, and refunds. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders at our discretion.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, with defective packaging, or missing something, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

Note on Natural Products

The use of natural ingredients and materials can result in inconsistent and/or non-standard coloration, texture, and/or scent. This inconsistency and/or non-standard coloration, texture, and/or scent does not mean that our products are spoiled or toxic. It is simply the result of products that are not ultra-processed.
