Returns/Refunds: Non-Subscription Orders

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Once an order is placed/processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, items returned to sender, and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, please contact via email at team@shoplamarue.com within 72 hours of receipt. Photos of the issues must be included.

For items purchased as part of a VIP Subscription on www.shoplamarue.com, any time prior to your upcoming recurring shipment ("auto-shipment"), you can create an account here with the email address you used to order with (or login to an existing account here) to manage your subscription shipments. This will allow you to skip a shipment, reschedule the shipment to a later time, edit the shipment frequency, pause your subscription, or cancel it.

Once your recurring shipment ("auto-shipment") is placed/processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, items returned to sender, and refunds.

In the rare occasion when a product arrives to you damaged, or the incorrect item(s) were shipped, please contact us at team@shoplamarue.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Photos of the specific damage, default, or the whole order are required.
